ATL Privacy Policy
ASUS Technology Licensing Inc. and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as “ATL”, “we/our/us”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We endeavor to comply with all applicable laws on privacy protection and personal information security. ATL Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”), outline our privacy practices regarding the collection, use and safeguard of your personal information for job recruitment, contact channels and website maintenance (hereinafter referred to as “SERVICE”), along with whom we may share or disclose the collected information.
When submitting your information to ATL, you acknowledge that you have agreed to the Privacy Policy.
To protect children’s privacy, we do not collect personal information from minors prescribed under local data protection laws and regulations. If you are a minor, please do not provide your personal information to us.
Information ATL collects/ How ATL uses your information
When you apply for an enquiry or a job through the SERVICE, you can freely decide to provide your information including but not limited to your contact information, Curriculum Vitae and resume to us. ATL will only use your information within the scope of purposes of responding to your enquiries, candidate evaluation, contact for interview invitation and interview result, analysis of human resource and mapping for further job opportunities in ATL.
ATL may disclose or share your information with third parties to the extent it is required by applicable laws or regulations or competent governmental or judicial authorities, necessary to establish or preserve a legal claim or defense, or necessary to prevent fraud or other illegal activities. Except for the aforementioned scenario, your information will not be disclosed to any third parties without your prior consent. Besides, please note that ATL does not sell your personal information.
ATL will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Also, regarding the personal information for job recruitment, please inform us if you do not wish ATL to retain your personal information with a view to mapping for further job opportunity in ATL. We will delete your personal information upon your request.

3. Web Beacons
A web beacon is an often-transparent graphic 1x1 (pixel) GIF or PNG image that is implemented on websites or in an email to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. ATL or our service providers may use web beacons to know if you visit certain pages or click links in the SERVICE. We may implement web beacons in our marketing communications such newsletters to know which communication contents you have clicked or read. We may use the data from web beacons to improve our websites and the SERVICE.
Security
ATL takes precautions to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
